With our model we have no employees, nor do we have ‘sub-contractors.’ All of the designers and developers that make up the Idealize Designs team are devoted members that understand the unity and collaboration that our company relies on.
Idealize Designs is more like an umbrella that all of our individual designers work under. Idealize Designs offers centralized name recognition, advertising, purchasing power, billing and administration. The team members are given free rein to work under the Idealize Designs umbrella, using the name and all that we offer to their benefit. In reality it is like a franchise that takes no commission and asks for no franchise fee. How does Idealize Designs benefit then? The firm benefits because each member is committed to advancing Idealize Designs, and knows that it is a give and take relationship between the firm and the members. The members advertise themselves as designers of Idealize Designs, bring more attention and recognition to one centralized firm, and from there the work is spread out to the members and the members can work with each other as a community to complete projects.
The model works on the basis that each member feels as an equal part of the community, giving strength to our unity. Each member wants Idealize Designs to succeed just as the next, and it is this that keeps our engines churning strong.
