Everything is casual at our work place. Our meetings are full of eating pizza and simply having a good time - but we always accomplish what we set out to accomplish. Everyone has flexible hours and works when they can find time, but we always do find time. We allow designs and developers to work on their own schedule because we do not pay hourly, we pay for the work you do. Your income is in your hands.
We are all excited when we get a new addition to our team because we all take pride in what we do here, what we will do and the unity we all have to stand behind those goals.
